Procambarus alleni, blue crayfish, blue lobster, electric blue crayfish, these beauties have many names!
These guys and gals will be sent around 2-3 inches in size. The smaller they are, the quicker they'll molt in favorable conditions. The larger they are, the less frequently they'll molt. Their final size usually ends between 5-6 inches in size for the remainder of their life.
Feeding on mostly plant-based foods, their temperament is relatively aggressive compared to other crays in the aquatic industry. If they can catch the tank-mate, there's a good chance they'll try eating them. In the case of the tank-mate being a larger fish, beware of the crayfish becoming food.
