Terms to Know
pH - is the measure of concentration of H (Hydrogen) atoms in a solution
KH - "Karbonate" or Carbonate hardness of an aqueous (containing water) solution
GH - General Hardness is the measure of concentration of metals dissolved in an aqueous solution, such as calcium and magnesium
CaCO3 - Calcium Carbonate molecular formula, approximately 40% Ca, 60% CO3 by weight
