Canada- While shipping times have improved internationally (shortening from nearly three months to just a few weeks in transit), we're reopening shipping to Canada.
Australia- Biosecurity measures do not permit most of our products because of temperature safeguards they have in place to prevent unwanted organisms from entering the region. While the products (for example, black soldier fly larvae) do not pose a risk of hatching, we're following the instructions to bypass this legally. We hope to have this finished by mid 2022.
EU and United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland- Until we discuss with a tax lawyer familiar with the new VAT changes regarding importing to Europe, we've decided to continue the suspension of shipping to Europe. Customers in Denmark and the United Kingdom- if you have more information on this, we can look into it with you to expedite this suspension's resolve.

You understand that we will send you a follow-up email asking that you understand the information below and agree to our other policies. (Already agreed to via placing an order. This confirmation is to show due-diligence.)
You understand that in choosing "First-Class" that neither USPS (origin shipping company) nor the destination shipping courier (Denmark Post, Canada Post, etc.) have $0 insurance policies in place if it gets lost. If they declare it lost (this process can take months), we'll reship to you. We cannot reship until they've declared it lost.
If you select the "Priority Mail" option, it's usually much faster. It also has insurance, assistance provided by USPS/Destination Post (most countries), and at times, you'll see a refund if we can ship it in a cheaper flat rate box. The partial refund is not guaranteed. The shipping estimations provided by any courier for domestic or international shipments are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
